Why NEURO works with Commercial Delivery Partners (CDPs)
Becoming a CDP also delivers tangible value to the partner organisation. It creates a clear income stream through the delivery of NEURO-aligned services (for example training, implementation support, internal champion development, and related advisory work), while offering a meaningful reputational uplift through association with a credible, evidence-led standard and a mission with visible public value.
CDPs benefit from alignment to NEURO’s brand, messaging, and marketing activity, positioning them as trusted specialists rather than generalist providers. Just as importantly, the CDP relationship gives partners access to NEURO’s psychology-based approach and evolving evidence base, enabling them to differentiate in a crowded market with work that is defensible, measurable, and grounded in rigorous practice rather than performative claims.

NEURO's mission is ambitious and far-reaching. Creating meaningful neuroinclusion across diverse sectors, industries, and regions requires trusted partners who can deliver work that stands up to rigorous scrutiny whilst maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
Commercial Delivery Partners enable us to extend our reach without diluting quality, compromising our independence, or weakening governance structures. This model allows NEURO to scale impact sustainably whilst preserving the credibility that organisations depend upon.
Partners Build Capability
Delivery Partners support organisations to develop internal expertise, prepare robust evidence, and build sustainable neuroinclusive practices that create lasting change.
NEURO Retains Standards

NEURO maintains complete ownership of the accrediation standard, framework, assessment criteria, and all final accrediation decisions through independent governance.
Separation is Deliberate
This clear seperation between delivery support and accrediation decisions is fundamental to our model and entirely non-negotiable for maintaining trust.

What Commercials Delivery Partners Do
Our Commercial Delivery Partners operate within clearly defined boundaries, ensuring quality delivery whilst preserving the independence and integrity of the accreditation process. Understanding these distinctions is essential for organisations engaging with partners.

Who We Partner With
We partner exclusively with organisations that bring credibility, professionalism, and genuine care to neuroinclusion work. Our partners are selected deliberately based on their expertise, ethical practice, and commitment to creating meaningful change.

We do not operate an open marketplace model. Partners are selected deliberately through rigorous assessment and reviewed regularly to ensure ongoing alignment with our standards and values.
Lived experience of neurodiversity is valued. Ethical practice is essential.
What Partnership Looks Like
Commercial Delivery Partners operate under formal licence agreements and receive comprehensive access to NEURO's training curricula, frameworks, diagnostic tools, and brand assets. Partnership represents a mutual commitment to quality, integrity, and continuous improvement.
A Shared Committment
Partnership with NEURO is not transactional. It represents a shared commitment to integrity, evidence-based practice, ethical delivery, and continuous learning. Partners contribute to the wider neuroinclusion movement whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.
We expect partners to demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional development, quality improvement, and alignment with evolving best practice in neuroinclusion. Regular review processes ensure partnerships remain mutually beneficial and aligned with our mission.

Governance, Independence & Trust
NEURO maintains independence through clear separation of roles, rigorously defined standards, transparent processes, and external oversight mechanisms. Whilst Delivery Partners may support organisations and contribute valuable evidence, all accreditation decisions are made exclusively by NEURO through an independent, governed process.

Conflicts of interest are proactively identified, openly declared, continuously monitored, and appropriately managed throughout all stages of engagement. Our governance framework ensures accountability, transparency, and protection of the accreditation's integrity.

Quality Assurance & Review
Systematic quality assurance processes and regular partner reviews ensure consistent delivery standards and adherence to NEURO frameworks.

Escalation & Complaints Routes
Clear escalation pathways and complaints procedures provide transparency and recourse when concerns arise about delivery or conduct.

Safeguarding Standards
Comprehensive safeguarding protocols protect participants, maintain ethical practice, and ensure vulnerable individuals are appropriately supported.

Periodic Partner Reassessment
Regular reassessment of partners ensures ongoing alignment with standards, values, and quality expectations throughout the partnership lifecycle.
