Robert Annis

A proudly neurodivergent organisational psychologist, Robert brings lived experience and professional insight. As a co-founder of NEURO, he brings (and is aware of using that word twice #AuDHD) an autistic sense of justice and a deep commitment to equity, that is why NEURO is designed to help build a world where difference is not just accepted but championed—so that all minds can thrive.

Melissa Annis

Melissa brings lived neurodivergent experience and deep expertise across Finance, Insurance, Banking, Energy, and IT. She specialises in Change Management, governance, and controls—helping organisations navigate complex transformations. With a passion for inclusion, she’s driven to create environments where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive, both at work and beyond.
