​A proudly neurodivergent organisational psychologist, Robert brings lived experience and professional insight. As a co-founder of NEURO, he brings an autistic sense of justice and a deep commitment to equity, that is why NEURO is designed to help build a world where difference is not just accepted but championed—so that all minds can thrive.

Melissa Annis
​Melissa brings lived neurodivergent experience and deep expertise across Finance, Insurance, Banking, Energy, and IT. She specialises in Change Management, governance, and controls—helping organisations navigate complex transformations. With a passion for inclusion, she’s driven to create environments where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive, both at work and beyond.
